A series of 'Nidderdale Rambler' Winter
Sunday buses have been scheduled to help people visit
local attractions such as Brimham Rocks, Pateley
Bridge and Upper Nidderdale.
They will run from Harrogate Bus Station every
Sunday in October and then on Sunday 2nd November, Sunday 7th
December, Sunday 4th January, Sunday 1st February, Sunday 1st March
& Sunday 5th April.
A series of walks have also been organised, by
the Dalesbus Ramblers, to link in with the buses
allowing people to explore the Nidderdale AONB with an
experienced guide.
There is no need to book in advance but please
bring a packed lunch, and don't forget your waterproofs and spare
warm clothes packed in a waterproof bag just in case!
To join these walks simply catch the Nidderdale
Rambler service 26 bus from Harrogate Bus Station at 10.10 on the
relevant date and the walk leader will let you know when to get off
the bus.
Connections are available from Leeds City Bus
Station on bus 36 leaving at 09.15.
