Reservoir Wildlife
Sunday 2nd May
10am - 2pm
Join local expert Nevil Bowland of Wharfedale Naturalists on this fascinating wildlife discovery walk around Fewston Reservoir.  A relatively easy 4-mile walk on mainly flat, surfaced paths. Dogs welcome.
Meet: Swinsty Moor car park (Near Fewston dam)
Cost: £3 per adult, under 16's free.
You will need:
* walking boots or similar sturdy footwear
* waterproofs
* warm, layered clothing
* a packed lunch
* binoculars if you have them

Join John Drewett of North Yorkshire Bat Group for an evening walk discovering bats in Hackfall Wood. Approx 3-miles. Some paths are steep and can be muddy/slippery.

Come along and discover the history and beauty of Nutwith Cote and Hackfall Wood. A 4 mile walk. Some paths are steep and can be muddy/slippery.
Meet: Nutwith Common, Grid Ref SE227789. On the Masham to Grewelthorpe Road.

Join AONB Ranger Colin Slator on this walk looking at wading birds and their habitats. There might even be a chance to see and hear Woodcock.

A chance to see wading bird chicks in the hand and learn about the importance of ringing and the migration journeys these birds undertake.

Join the Hackfall Officer on this 8.5 mile guided circular walk to discover the beauty and history of Hackfall and the surrounding countryside. Some paths are steep and can be muddy/slippery.
