What is Ride Yorkshire?
Ride Yorkshire is a social enterprise. We aim to get more people
riding in Yorkshire both experienced and novice riders. We're
building directories of horse & rider
accommodation, riding & trekking centres and riding holidays
(see our website) and we're helping disadvantaged kids and other
people get out and have fun with
horses too. With the proceeds of our funride in April we helped 10
children from south Leeds have 5 lessons in horsecare and riding,
and this time we'll fund youngsters from Bransholme, in Hull, to
have a similar experience.
