Information for Teachers, group Leaders and Parents

The Nidderdale AONB is a fantastic and inspiring place to bring groups on educational visits. To help you plan your trip we have developed an on-line education pack that is easy to download.

The pack contains comprehensive background information, maps, worksheets, identification keys, risk assessments, facilities at the site and contact details for ten sites around the AONB.

Unfortunately, we do not have an education service in Nidderdale AONB to accompany groups on their visits. However, at a number of the sites, the landowners or site owners are willing to help guide groups or do a talk.
